Here is a quick guide to using our shop. We hope you enjoy
your shopping experience.
Artist
Search
You can
search for any artist or band by using the Search Catalogue
by Artist search box. Just type the name of the band or
artist that you require and click the Find Artist button. For
artists using their first name and surname please type
surname first i.e. Presley Elvis. For bands just type name as
it is i.e. Pet Shop Boys.
Advanced
Search
If you
wish to search by title, format, catalogue number or search
the full catalogue for any track / word then use the Advanced
Search box. Select the method of search from the drop down
menu and then type the item you are searching for in the
search box. Then click the Search button.
Title - to search by title - type the title
in the search box and click the Search button
Format
- to search by format - enter the format in
the search box and select Format from the drop down menu and
then click the Search button. You can search by any format
for example - CD ALBUM, SACD, DVD, VHS VIDEO, LASER DISC, 5
INCH CD SINGLE, 12 INCH VINYL SINGLE, 7 INCH VINYL SINGLE,
VIDEO CD
Catalogue Number - to search by catalogue number -
type the exact catalogue number in the search box and select
Catalogue No. from the drop down menu and then click the
Search button. Remember the catalogue number must be exact -
Japanese product catalogue numbers must include the dash -
for example - TOCP-61035
All Catalogue - to search the complete database in
all fields - type what you wish to search for in the search
box and select All Catalogue from the drop down menu and then
click the Search button. This search can be useful for
searching for a particular track if you do not know the album
or single that it appears on. Or if you wish to search, for
example, for remixes by Thunderpuss - then type Thunderpuss
in the search box. Also if you wish to search for items from
a particular country then just type the country into the
search box - for example - JAPAN, AUSTRALIA, SINGAPORE, HONG
KONG, GERMANY, SWEDEN etc.....Also when searching All
Catalogue if you enter Madonna, not only will you find
Madonna products but also some compilation albums on which
Madonna tracks feature.
After you have clicked the Search button you will be shown a
list of items that match your search.
Click the PURCHASE button next to each of
the items if you want to purchase or just continue browsing.
If you would like to check what is in your shopping cart, and
see how much your order will cost, click the "view
shopping cart" button at the bottom of the page. This is
where you can remove items that you decide you don't want, or
change the quantities.
To
change the quantity of an item, enter the new quantity in the
box and click CHANGE.
If you would like to remove the item completely, click
REMOVE.
To
add more items to your cart, click
CONTINUE SHOPPING.
When you are sure you want to purchase the contents of your
shopping cart,
click on PURCHASE FOR (PRICE).
Then
enter your name and address - you should only have to enter
this information on the first occasion that you use this web
site. Your browser should remember the details after the
first time.
Then click ENTER and the payment page will
open. Enter the details of your credit/debit card and click
AUTHORISE
PAYMENT. Your credit/debit card details will be sent
to our secure server. Your credit/debit card will NOT be
charged at this time. Your credit/debit card will only be
charged when the items are dispatched to you. Your browser
will then show a receipt which you can print for your
records.
