Terms and conditions of trade
1.
PAYMENT
We request that payment be sent with order. Please make
cheques or postal orders payable to Revolution
International. If paying by cash, please send by
registered post. We will cash your cheque seven days
prior to sending your order, to allow for bank clearance.
Customers may pay by Credit or Debit Card (MasterCard,
EuroCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Switch/Maestro, JCB & American
Express).
2.
OVERSEAS PAYMENT
We are pleased to accept orders from overseas, however
cheque payment must be made in £ sterling and drawn on a UK
bank. Alternatively you can pay by £ Sterling notes sent in a registered
envelope or by Euro notes sent in a registered envelope. To
calculate the price in Euro please multiply the £ Sterling price by
1.50. We also accept Credit Card payment
from overseas customers.
3.
PRICES
All prices include VAT at 17.5% where applicable, but not
postage. Due to fluctuating exchange rates we reserve the
right to alter prices without prior notice. For export
orders please see item 4.
4.
EXPORT ORDERS
UK VAT will not be charged on export orders to countries
outside the EC. The following countries must pay UK VAT
at 17.5%, unless they provide an official traders VAT
number on their order form: Andorra, Austria, Belgium,
Denmark, Finland, France (Corsica), Germany, Gibraltar,
Greece, Ireland (Eire), Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco,
Netherlands, Portugal (Azores, Madeira), San Marino,
Spain (Balearic/Canary Islands), Sweden & Vatican
City State. To calculate product prices exclusive of VAT
simply multiply the listed price by 0.852. (e.g. £19.99
x 0.852 = £17.03).
5.
DESPATCH OF GOODS
We can despatch your order with your chosen
courier/delivery company. If you do not state a carrier
on your order form then we will assume that you would
like to use Royal Mail as your chosen delivery company.
In this case, UK orders are sent by FIRST CLASS POST.
Overseas orders are sent by AIRMAIL. Evidence of
despatch fulfils our obligation to deliver goods.
Please allow 28 days for delivery. Some items may
take longer. We will not send substitute items unless
specifically requested on your order form. Delivery times
are estimates only and are not a contractual obligation.
We will not be liable for claims and damages in respect
of late deliveries.
6. POSTAGE CHARGES

ROYAL
MAIL - PROOF OF POSTING
We obtain a
proof of posting certificate for each order that we
despatch. If an item posted using the normal 1st
or 2nd class postal system is lost then the
maximum compensation payable by the Royal Mail is
£28.00. On some occasions they may refuse to pay
anything. ONCE WE OBTAIN A PROOF OF POSTING
CERTIFICATE, WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO PAY ANY CLAIM RELATING
TO MISSING GOODS. EVIDENCE OF DESPATCH FULFILS OUR
OBLIGATION TO DELIVER GOODS.
We strongly
advise you to use one of the additional postal services
listed below - remember to add the fee to the postage
column on your order form. Please state clearly on your
order form which service you require.

REMEMBER TO ADD THE COST OF THE ADDITIONAL SERVICE TO THE
NORMAL POSTAGE FEE. STATE WHICH SERVICE YOU HAVE CHOSEN
CLEARLY ON YOUR ORDER FORM.
7.
RETURNS
FAULTY GOODS - If any item, in your opinion, fails
due to a manufacturing fault, please return it to us
within 48 hours for inspection. You must include a copy
of the Revolution packing list with any returned
product. If we agree with your complaint, we will take
the matter up with the manufacturer on your behalf and
then take the appropriate action.
DAMAGED
GOODS - Should any item be damaged upon receipt, you
must return the item to us with a copy of the Revolution
packing list within 48 hours. Claims outside this period
cannot be accepted.
WE ONLY
ACCEPT RETURN OF FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCT. NO OTHER TYPE
OF RETURN FACILITY IS ALLOWED.
8.
SPECIFICATIONS
Every reasonable care is taken to describe items as
accurately as possible. However, track listings, titles
and packaging are subject to alteration according to
manufacturer variations.
9.
RELEASE DATES
Release dates for forthcoming items are given in
accordance with manufacturer estimates. We are in no way
responsible for delays in despatch due to changes in
release dates.
10.
COUNTRY OF MANUFACTURE
Please refer to
the relevant catalogue or advert for information relating
to country of manufacture.
PLACING AN ORDER CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE
